Privacy & Trust

Your Data, Your Home

We value your privacy as much as our own. We only collect the information we need to help you connect with our community, keep you safe, or process your donations. We don’t sell your data, we don’t spam, and we treat your digital footprint with the same respect we’d show you in person.

2. What We Collect & Why

  • Connection Details: When you fill out a Connect Card or sign up to our newsletter, we keep your name and email so we can actually talk to you.

  • Financial Info: If you choose to give, our secure third-party processors handle the sensitive stuff. We only see what’s necessary for tax purposes (like Gift Aid).

  • Usage Data: Our website uses a few cookies to see how people find us. It’s all anonymous and helps us make the site better for everyone.

3. How We Store It

Your data is stored in secure, password-protected systems. Only the staff members who need to see your info (like our Senior Pastor or Administrators) have access to it. We don't keep things longer than we have to; if you move on from our community, we’ll happily hit the delete button.

4. Your Rights

This is your data, not ours. Under UK law, you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the info we have on you.

  • Request that we correct any mistakes.

  • Tell us to delete your information entirely at any time.

5. Get in Touch

If you have questions about how your data is being handled, or you want to exercise your "right to be forgotten," drop us a line at:
